Welcome to the Massey HOA Community Pool

The Massey pool is your private resort-style oasis nestled in beautiful Fort Mill, South Carolina. Exclusive to Massey homeowners and approved guests, our family-friendly pool grounds offer the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and community connection. Cool off in the spacious lap pool, float along the lazy river, zip down the water slide, or let the kids splash and play in the interactive splash zone and kiddie pool with its fun dumping buckets. Whether you’re looking for a refreshing swim, a leisurely day poolside, or a place to gather with neighbors and make lasting summer memories, the Massey pool is here to elevate your lifestyle all season long.

Community Swim Lessons

The Swim For Mental Health Foundation Inc. swim program is now open! Lessons are one-on-one with our trained instructors and are available exclusively for residents at the Massey pool. All ages and ability levels are welcome! New this year, families will purchase lesson credits in advance through the community portal and apply those credits when scheduling lessons.

1. Go to https://swimformentalhealth.com. If you already have portal access, log in . If you are new, select Join Your Community Portal and complete the registration form.

2. Once inside your community portal, select your location.

3. Choose the lesson type that fits your swimmer. Beginner Learn-to-Swim Lessons are for non-swim team members and are focused on learn-to-swim development. Advanced Swim Team Lessons are for current swim team members only.

4. For Beginner Learn-to-Swim Lessons, purchase your lesson credits first.

5. After purchasing credits, return to the lesson portal and select the lesson type you purchased.

6. Choose your preferred lesson dates and times.

7. Continue to checkout and enter the lesson credit code you purchased earlier.

Guest Policy & Purchasing Extra Guest Passes

  • Each Member household is allowed 4 guests daily at no cost and up to 2 additional paid guests (limit of 6 total guests per day).
  • All guests must sign a Guest Waiver. Guests should complete the Guest Waiver prior to arriving at the pool whenever possible to avoid delays at check-in.
  • All guests must be accompanied by an adult Member.
  • Guest passes are available for purchase at masseyhoa.com (Community Info > Homeowner Passes).
  • Guest passes must be purchased in advance and are not available for purchase at the pool.

Morning Lap Swim

Interested in swimming laps before work or beating the heat? Adult Members may register for morning lap swim by emailing the Property Management Company ([email protected]) their name, address, and a photo of their pool access fob number. SAYOR rules apply.

May 2026 Lap Swim Hours:  5:30am – 9am (Sunday through Saturday)

June 2026: Lap Swim Hours:

Sundays & Saturdays: 5:30am-9am

6/1 – 6/22 Monday – Thursday: 5:30am-7:15am

6/1 – 6/22 Friday: 5:30am-8:15am

6/23 – 6/26 Monday – Friday: 5:30am-7:45am

July – September Lap Swim Hours:  5:30am – 9am (Sunday through Saturday)
